Therapy, Clinical Supervision, and Consulting
Areas of Focus
My work is grounded in connection, compassion, and curiosity. I support adults, couples, families, clinicians, and organizations in understanding how developmental trauma, attachment patterns, and chronic stress shape emotional life, relationships, and systems.
Whether someone is seeking individual therapy, couples or family therapy, clinical supervision, or organizational consultation, the work focuses on bringing awareness to patterns that may limit connection, vitality, or ease — and supporting movement toward greater integration, clarity, and authentic engagement.

Individual Therapy – Relational & Trauma-Informed (NARM)
Many people come to therapy after trying to manage difficult emotions, relationship patterns, or chronic stress on their own for a long time. Often these patterns developed as adaptive ways to cope with earlier experiences, yet later begin to limit connection, agency, or a sense of aliveness. My work draws from the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), a relational approach to developmental and attachment trauma.

Couples & Family Therapy – Relational & Trauma-Informed Care
Couples and families often seek support when patterns of conflict, distance, or misunderstanding have become difficult to shift alone. Beneath these patterns are often deeper needs for connection, safety, and recognition.
