Trauma-Informed Therapy, Couples and Family Therapy, Clinical Supervision, and Consulting
Serving Adults, Couples, and Families in New York and Florida.
Ways I Offer Support: Therapy, Supervision, & Consulting
My work is grounded in connection, compassion, and curiosity. I support adults, couples, families, clinicians, and organizations in understanding how developmental trauma, attachment patterns, and chronic stress shape emotional life, relationships, and systems.
Whether you’re seeking individual therapy, couples or family therapy for adults, clinical supervision, or organizational consulting, this work focuses on bringing awareness to patterns that may limit connection, vitality, or ease — and supporting movement toward greater integration, clarity, and authentic engagement.
If you’re considering reaching out, you can explore how I work below — or contact me to see whether this feels like a fit, even if you’re still unsure about what you’re specifically wanting support around.
Individual Therapy - Relational & Trauma-Informed (NARM)
Many people I work with have tried therapy before and gained insight, yet still find themselves emotionally guarded, reactive, or disconnected in ways that don’t fully resolve.
Often these patterns are rooted in developmental trauma, attachment wounds, or chronic stress that shaped how the nervous system adapted to cope and survive.
My work uses the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), a relational and somatic-based approach that helps people understand and gently shift these patterns to support greater connection, self-trust, and aliveness.

Couples Therapy - Relational & Trauma-Informed Care
Many couples seek therapy not because something is broken, but because patterns have become stuck. Conversations may escalate quickly, distance grows, or partners begin to feel unseen, criticized, or alone.
My work is grounded in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), a relational and trauma-informed approach that explores the deeper dynamics shaping conflict, reactivity, and emotional distance.
Rather than focusing only on communication techniques, we slow down moments of tension to understand what is happening internally for each person. This allows couples and families to move from blame and reactivity toward greater agency, understanding, and connection.

Depth-Oriented Clinical Supervision & Consultation
Many of the clinicians I work with are highly skilled and deeply committed to their clients — and still encounter moments where the work feels charged, unclear, or stuck. Certain cases may evoke persistent self-doubt, urgency, over-responsibility, or withdrawal.
My supervision is grounded in the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) and focuses on the therapist’s internal experience as essential clinical data. Rather than focusing primarily on technique or problem-solving, we explore relational dynamics, countertransference, and the ways therapist and client patterns emerge together in the therapeutic relationship.
Over time, clinicians often find the work becomes less about managing cases and more about inhabiting themselves with greater steadiness, clarity, and choice in the clinical encounter.
Relational Systems Consulting for Organizations & Teams
Organizations and teams sometimes seek consultation when communication feels strained, collaboration breaks down, or underlying tensions persist despite structural changes.
Drawing on relational systems theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and trauma-informed principles, this work explores how relational patterns within groups influence communication, leadership dynamics, and decision-making.
Rather than focusing only on surface-level solutions, we examine how individuals and systems interact in real time — supporting greater clarity, accountability, and resilience within the organization.
About Me
I am a licensed clinical psychotherapist in New York and Florida, NARM Master Therapist, clinical supervisor, and organizational consultant specializing in complex and attachment trauma. I bring deep respect for the courage it takes to engage in healing and for the adaptive strategies people develop to survive. My work centers on creating a relational space that honors your lived experience, supports nervous system regulation, and fosters greater connection, clarity, and authenticity. I believe healing unfolds through curiosity, presence, and restoring connection where it has been disrupted.
